This is our data collection portal. Please can you complete these pages in order to provide us with all the information we are required to hold in our school records and which will support your child's transition to TKA. This will take about 10 - 15 minutes. If you have queries about completing the pages then please call the school office on: 0208 465 6200.

You can leave the portal at any step and then return later, so don't worry about filling everything in at once. Each page is saved when you move to the next one. When you next sign in, you will pick up where you left off.
